By Royal Appointment at Datchet Green

Gulf branded Datchet Green Service Station received the royal treatment as water from the River Thames flooded the Berkshire town of Datchet and surrounding areas.

Thanks to the intervention of Prince William and members of the Household Cavalry Regiment damage to the site was limited, manholes stayed firm and product contamination averted.

After a week of turmoil the site has reopened, insurance assessors have visited and its now business as usual although ‘wet stock’ has taken on a completely new meaning!
