There was a day of celebrations at Ravensthorpe Service Station in Dewsbury this week as we celebrated Gulf’s 500th UK petrol station.
In attendance on the day were Kirklees Mayor Cllr Paul Kane and Mayoress Susan Bedford along with Paula Sherriff MP.
The Mayor Cllr Paul Kane cut the ribbon to officially launch the site and then headed inside to cut the 500 celebration cake made by onsite food provider Yaadgaar.
Throughout the day, all customers were given a goodie bag with a range of Gulf items inside and pens and chocolate provided by Costcutter.
Three lucky winners were selected at random from almost 350 competition entries who were all trying for the chance to win a Gulf branded jacket.
Included in the photograph are the Mayor and Mayoress, Paula Sherriff MP, Paul Muncey, Matthew Bellamy and members of the Hans family from Ravensthorpe Service Station.
